Our Adult Classes
Our classes are led by experienced, lovely, and passionate international instructors. We’ve won competitions, received multiple qualifications, and trained under fabulous pole/circus artists. Apart from our weekly classes, we host regular workshops of unique disciplines (e.g., aerial chains or tippy hoop) and invite international instructors to teach our team and our students.

Pole Dance
Tricks, Heels, Choreography, Spinning, Pole Conditioning
From complete Beginner to Advanced, our pole classes cater to your different desires. Whether it’s improving technique, posture and safe execution, learning a flowing, sensual or slinky choreography, strutting in pole heels or conditioning to get stronger – our teachers have the dream class for you!
We recommend you wear leggings, a comfortable top, sports bra and bring extra shorts for when climbing the pole. Choreography classes usually require kneepads and socks.
Aerial Classes
Aerial Hoop, Trapeze, Aerial Silks, Aerial Rope, Aerial Hammock
From complete Beginner to Intermediate, we’re so proud to offer a varied amount of aerial disciplines.
You’ll learn to climb and invert. You’ll learn sequences and drops. You’ll also learn about movement quality, performance, and Vertical Theater Method.
Please note: If you’ve never done any aerial before, we recommend you attend an Aerial Fundamentals class first!
This class is for complete beginners and a pre-requisite to attend our Aerial Classes.
In a safe space and calm environment, you’ll be introduced to the fundamental skills to attend our classes. Your instructor will then recommend when you can join our Aerial Classes.

Aerial Fundamentals
Aerial yoga is a playful way to practice yoga using a low hanging fabric slung like a hammock.
The weightlessness allows for deeper stretches & greater freedom of movement whilst building core strength – twice the benefit for half the effort! Poses that would otherwise be restricted become more accessible, making this a great class for all levels – irrespective of experience.

For complete beginners to beginner progression, our classes involve static & dynamic moves on the floor, with a partner, and with the group.
We learn to work as a team as we learn how to spot correctly, prevent injury, and the importance of dialogue.
Learn to trust yourself; learn to trust others – and get to know your body in a whole new way.
Acrobalance
Dance
Our dance classes are designed as a workout to make you sweat while learning gorgeous dance routines. They combine fitness with empowerment, leaving you feeling like you’ve had a fun night out.
Please note: This is not a pole class. For the Heels Dance class, bring casual heels (not pole heels) but please wipe them before wearing them on our dance floor.
Commercial Dance, Heels Dance
A cardio workout without realising you’re doing it, hula hoop is a wonderful time to play, stay fit, and explore something new.
We have hula hoops for you to try - and feel free to bring your poi socks, juggling clubs, and other spinny things!

The ideal class to complement your strength & conditioning training. We offer all levels flexibility classes that focus on your legs and back - while stabilising your core.
We also offer armbalance classes to explore your flexibility and backbends.

Open Sessions for Pole / Aerial
Our supervised open sessions offer you the possibilty to train what you learnt and hang out with your class pals. We’ll rig according to what you want to train.
Guidelines:
This is not a class! The supervising instructor will be able to help you revise moves safely, but they will not teach you new moves
Make use of the mats available
Only train moves you have learned by one of our studio instructors. Please don’t try moves from any internet source
Be mindful and respectful of others using the open training
Clean up after yourself. If you have moved equipment (yoga blocks/stretch bands etc) please sanitise after use and put back neatly
